"Special kamptee Motton Biryani" Recipe
Mai apko har ek item Jo is me use karte hai WO photo aur nam k sath batauga kyon k har koi alag alag area k rahene wale hote hai aur har item ko alag alag nam se jante hai isliye hame koi bhi recipe banane me koi pareshani na jaye isliye ye best hoga k har item ko photo aur nam k sath bataya jaye.....
Ab hum "special kamptee biryani " ki recipe shuru karne jarahe hai...
Special biryani banane k liye
Isme is baat ka khayal rakhe jaise jaise bataya jaye us tarike (instruction) ko waise hi follow kare jaisa bataya ja raha hai....
Chliye ab sab se pahele hume biryani banane k liye kin kin chizo ki zarurat hai WO dekh lete hai....
1 Kg biriyani k liye ....
1)1kg Motton
2)1kg chawal (rise)
3)Adrak 60gm
4)lahsun 60gm
5)pyaz 250gm
6)khatta dahi 150gm
7)Pisa garam masala 1 teaspoon
8)khada garam masala thoda sa
9)Pisa jayphal jaypatri 1/2 teaspoon
10)hara mirch 5 ya 6
11)Hara dhaniya 3 ya 4 dali
12)tel (oil) 200gm
13)doodh (milk) 1/2 pau
14)biryani rang
15)pudina 2 se 3 dali
16)kewda 4 se 5 boond
17)namak SWAD anusar
18)Zafran 4 patti agar ho to....
Ab ye sari chize humne jama karli to ab shuru karte hai birayni banana mujhe pata hai ap bhut betab hai jaldi se biryani banane k liye tension mat lijiye bas ab hum shuru karne jarahe hai....
1)Sab se pahele motton ko achi tarah pani se dho lijiye ....
2)pyaz ko kat lijiye jaisa k photo me bataya gaya hai...
3)adarak aur lahsun ka paste bana lijiye ....
4) Ab motton ko kukar me daliye...
5)kata hua pyaz motton par daliye.....
6) Adruk aur lahsun ka paste daliye....
7)dahi daliye....
8)hara mirch ko do bhag me kat k ya waisehi daliye.... Aur kewda 4 we 5 boond dale
9) ab us ko milaiye .....
10)ab usme khada garam masala aur jayphal jaypatri dal k use milaye...
11)thodi der milane k bad use barabar kar k adha ghanta chod dijiye....
12) ab thoda sa kata hua pyaz ko tel (oil) me pakaye jab uska color thoda lal hojaye to use ek plate me nikal le....
13)ab adha khanta hone k bad usme lal kiya hua pyaz uper se Sab taraf dal de phir tel (oil) dale phir Hara dhaniya air pudina bhi upper se dal dijiye....
14) ab pani ko ek bartan me garam kare aur pani me khada garam masala dale aur namak dale (SWAD anusar) jab pani achi tarah khaol (boil) hojaye
to chawal (rise) ko achi tarah dho le aur kukar me motton pe dale aur phir usme pani dale chawal (rise) se thoda (1inch) uper tak pani dalke usme thoda sa dhudh (milk) dale
aur use band karke gas chulha ya phir aur koi chulha Jo ap use karte ho gas chulha best hoga uspe rakh de 7 ya 8 mint full aanch par rakhe uske baad stove ki aanch dhimi (slow) karde aur 20 se 25 mint tak stove par rahne de jab time pura hojaye to kukar ko stove se utar le ab kukar ki bhaanp nikale aur ek cup me thoda pani le aur rang dalke ghole aur chawal (rise) par dale
aur use chawal (rise ) aur motton ko milakar nikale aur garma garam parose....
(Biriyani ko aur special banana chahte ho to uske sath special daal bhi bana le aur biriyani k sath laga kar khaye....)
Daal kaise banaye WO bhi mai apko bata deta hu...
Chaliye ab spacial daal banate hai...
daal banane k liye hame in chizo ki zarurat hai...
1)daal 100g 1kg biryani k liye (daal koi bhi chalegi batana daal , chana dal ya tuwar daal)
2)adruk aur lahsun ka paste thoda sa
3)3 ya 4 tamater ya agar khatta chukka bhaji ho to bahut best....
4)oil thoda sa
5)thoda sa haldi powder aur lal mirch powder
6) thoda sa amchur powder
Ab in sab chizo ko jama kar k age hum special daal banana shuru karte hai....
Chaliye dekhte hai daal kaise banate hai....
1)daal ko pani k sath gala lijiye...
2)ab ek bartan me oil dal k use garam kare ....
3)oil garam hojaye to usme adruk aur lahsun ka paste daliye....
4)thodi der baad usme haldi aur lal mirch powder dale....
5)jab wo achi tarah bhuja jaye to usme tamater ya bhaji dale aur use galne tak pakaye....
6)ab usme amchur powder dale aur namak dal k dal ko bareek pees k usme dale aur khaulaye (boil) aur phir "special biryani" k sath daal bhi parose.....
